Portlaoise Diesel Ltd is committed to providing a fast and reliable delivery service for all orders placed through our website.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ireland: 1–3 business days
  • UK: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of World: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Dispatch & Couriers

We use trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as courier issues, customs processing, or high demand periods. Portlaoise Diesel Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipped outside of Ireland, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
